Nice dirty color. Smelled like a hefeweizen at first. Starts off too sweet tasting like the rest of the high content beers do. The sweet tapers off to a yeasty wheat flavor. This beer gets better as you drink it. I give it 3 1/2 Monks, would give more if it didn't have the sweetness.
Chimey makes Cheese. If the cheese is as good as the Beer then it is worthy of a Knights Crusade to the ends of Belgium for a small sliver of the mythical and mysterious cheese. Being a high content beer it is a little sweet. But since I expect that from a high content beer I'm not complaining. There's not a lot of bitterness so I'm assuming I didn't follow the directions. It's almost good enough to make you slap your Monk. 4.777 Monks. Mustachio will revisit.
